How it works
We're advocates for the benefits that come from tapping into collective knowledge. That's why our group coaching programme not only provides access to our career coaches and tools, but comes with the added benefit of collaboration, support and feedback from a community of peers from within an organisation.
Our small group coaching programme runs over four-to-six months. We work with your organisation to identify areas of focus and align with the needs of your business and specific needs for leaders at each level within your organisation.
