How it works
Our four-to-five month coaching programme includes:

An initial chemistry check in and planning session to confirm coaching areas of focus and measures of success.

Option of a coachee triangle - a three-way conversation with you, your leadership coach and your Senior Manager to discuss areas for development at the start of the programme. We can also do this at the conclusion of the programme.

Four-to-five confidential coaching sessions via Zoom or face-to-face.

Unlimited email and phone access between sessions as needed to address specific issues.

Post-session fieldwork and reading/resources as appropriate.

A close-out review to work out next steps and an action plan to carry you forward.
At the conclusion of the programme, we can decide if you would like to continue with the coaching on a regular or as-needed basis.
