Our four-to-five month career coaching programme covers everything from strategic mindset for leaders, to your leadership brand and professional networks.

An initial chemistry check-in and planning session to confirm coaching areas of focus and measures of success.

Between four-to-five coaching sessions via Zoom or face-to-face.

Post-session fieldwork and reading/resources as appropriate.

A close-out review to work out next steps and an action plan to carry you forward.
At the conclusion of the programme, we can decide if you would like to continue coaching on a regular or as-needed basis.
